I met Haley over seven years ago while working at Canadian Tire in Strathmore, Alberta and I never imagined we would become life long friends. We have been through so much together over the years and it has only brought us closer together. I can’t tell you how excited I am to see Haley and her husband Dwayne start their new journey together as parents.

I was so honoured when Haley asked me to do her maternity photos while on a road trip with my family to Alberta. We talked all about where we wanted to do her photos and we came up with this crazy plan to do them at Lake Louise and a crazy plan it was. We ended up trying to fight the long weekend traffic just to get to the lake, each drove four  hours to meet, worked our pictures around thousands of tourists and fought off mosquitos BUT without a doubt it was so worth it!

Their photographs really captured the amazing bond these two share. You can just see how much Dwayne adores Haley and it’s easy to understand why. She’s such a beautiful person inside as she is on the outside. Seriously Dwayne you are one lucky guy! And Haley I LOVE your red fiery hair!!

Thanks again you two for having me document such an important time in your lives and I can’t wait to meet little Emersyn in October! Love you two!
