I was so excited when Val contacted me to do some updated family photos for her. Now when I say updated I actually mean they have NEVER had family photos together!!! I always find it extra special when you are the first person to photograph someone. I always hope that they enjoy the experience so much they do it more often.

When deciding on a location Val and I went back and forth with different ideas and ultimately decided on Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley. It had been exceptional cold the few days prior to their session which left some frost on the ground and that evening the light that day was just gorgeous! I seriously could have kept photographing this family for hours. Thanks again Val and family for an amazing evening and I really look forward to the next time!
